All visitors, families, learners, instructors, and school teams
We collect the information needed to run the platform responsibly; this can include names, email addresses, profile details, learner progress, course activity, support messages, payment status, and limited device or browser data used for reliability and security.
We use personal information to create accounts, deliver courses, show learning progress, support families and schools, process purchases, protect the platform, enforce policies, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information.
We keep information for as long as an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward when records are needed for safety, support, compliance, dispute resolution, or financial reporting. When records are no longer required, we delete or anonymize them according to our retention practices.
